We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. This full-time, senior-level position is available in locations including Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Guruvayur. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, focusing on operational maintenance within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively to achieve high-performance standards.
• Solid experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Technical skills including a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in a hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating maintenance activities in hotels to ensure that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors, maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within assigned hotel locations ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent potential issues and improve system lifespan.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance operations, including work orders, inspections, and equipment repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on hotel guests and operations.
• Establish and manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance services as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
