Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join with one of our leading clients in Hospitality Industry. The position is a full-time, senior-level role, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies and strategies across our locations in Darjeeling, Gangtok, Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, and Kalimpong.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, with the ability to handle end-to-end hiring processes effectively, particularly in the hospitality and technical sectors.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and regulations, ensuring company practices adhere to local laws and ethical standards.
  • Strategic planning abilities with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, understanding the unique HR challenges faced by hotel and hospitality management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering productive relationships with employees and management alike.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage a multi-location team, ensuring seamless coordination and consistency in HR practices across different geographies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and goals of GREATBELL HR Consultancy.
  • Supervise the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates for various roles, especially in the hospitality sector.
  • Lead efforts in employee training and development, creating programs that foster skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of related laws and industry standards.
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and facilitating open communication between staff and management.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; propose competitive salary packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee HR metrics and report to management, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
