Job Summary: As the Senior HR Manager in the animation industry, will lead the Human Resources department and be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the animation studio's goals and objectives. This role will encompass talent management, employee engagement, performance development, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work culture. Your leadership skills, HR expertise, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the overall success of the animation studio's HR function and support the development and retention of a talented workforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the animation studio.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to drive employee growth and development.
  • Learning and Development: Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws, industry standards, and the organization's culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making for HR strategies.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR department.
  • Organizational Development: Work with management to develop and implement strategies to align HR practices with the animation studio's business objectives and growth plans.
