Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time position. The role is based in various locations across Kerala, including Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, and Kottayam. This junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Housekeeping (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing housekeeping teams and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Hotel Management (Mandatory skill): Strong background in hotel management with the ability to oversee various operational aspects efficiently.
  • ROOM BOY (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and training room boys to maintain rooms and common areas.
  • Clean Rooms: Demonstrated ability to ensure all rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Bed Management: Experienced in overseeing bed arrangements and ensuring linen and bedding is maintained to a high standard.
  • Hospitality Industry: Background in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on customer service and operational excellence.
  • ROOM ATTENDER: Proven skills in managing room attenders and ensuring consistent, high-quality room service.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
  • Training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of housekeeping staff, including room boys and attendants.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules and staff assignments.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring the overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas meets the highest standards.
