Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our company. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business, including strategy development, financial planning, and employee management. The successful candidate will have extensive executive-level experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, and possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive-level position
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel management and front office operations
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee all departmental operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, and sales
