Job Overview
The Finance Manager position is available at one of our clients in Oil and Gas sector. This is a full-time senior level role. Work location shall be Cochin. We are looking for FMs for Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kollam, and Kottayam locations too. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience and is critical in driving financial strategies and ensuring effective financial operations. The Finance Manager will oversee financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and cash flow management, contributing significantly to the company’s financial health and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating a strong career progression in financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis techniques, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Expertise in budgeting processes, capable of developing, managing, and optimizing budgets to align with company goals.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in cash flow management to maintain optimal liquidity levels and support operational needs.
- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely transactions and financial accuracy.
- Strong skills in account management, including coordinating and negotiating with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.
