Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join with one of our clients. This is a full-time role. The position is spread across South Andaman, Nicobar, Port Blair, Kolkata, and Guwahati. As an Executive level role, this position requires an individual who can lead culinary teams and uphold high standards in food quality and presentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Menu Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in creating innovative and diverse menu plans that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
- Food Safety (Mandatory skill): Thorough understanding and implementation of stringent food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Hotel Management (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing a hotel's culinary operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Culinary Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with the ability to deliver high-quality food consistently and creatively.
- Team Management: Strong leadership qualities to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of culinary professionals effectively.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple kitchen operations and maintain smooth workflow.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments and clearly convey culinary directions and feedback.
- Hospitality: A deep-rooted passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and design innovative menus that align with market trends and customer preferences.
