Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer / Executive to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is available across multiple locations, including Tiruchirappalli, Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Salem, Hyderabad, and Tiruppur. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience and a strong commitment to driving successful marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience of 4-6 years in digital marketing and related fields, demonstrating success in previous marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, particularly in teaching and training environments.
• Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
• Practical knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to achieve significant online engagement and brand recognition.
• Skilled in Social Media Marketing with the ability to engage and grow followers across multiple platforms effectively.
• Competency in graphic design to create compelling visual content that aligns with company branding and marketing goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.
• Proven ability to develop creative marketing strategies and adapt them to market trends and competition.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Edit and post videos, podcasts, and audio content to online sites, ensuring consistency with marketing objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights gained.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize the user experience, and plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing and continuously assess new initiatives.
• Engage with potential and existing clients through social media platforms to build a strong customer base and positive brand image.
