Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relations Officer to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience, with job locations in Thrissur, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, and Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of customer relationship management.

- Sales Management: Knowledgeable in techniques for increasing client engagement and driving sales opportunities.
