Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Concierge for a full-time position in multiple locations including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, and Cochin. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience. The role necessitates outstanding customer service skills and a background in the hospitality industry. Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to interact effectively and maintain professionalism with diverse client groups.
- Hospitality Industry (Mandatory skill): At least a year's experience within the hospitality sector, offering superior guest service.
- Concierge Services (Mandatory skill): Expertise in providing concierge services, prioritizing guest needs and preferences.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to guests.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely response to guests' requests.
- Guest Service Management: Proficiency in managing guest interactions to enhance their overall experience.
- Hotel Management: Understanding of hotel operations to effectively coordinate guest activities.
- Property Realm Concierge: Knowledge of property management and concierge roles to streamline services available to guests.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional concierge services to guests, including recommendations and assistance with travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels and establishments to ensure guests receive premier hospitality services.
- Address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and quality of service.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment in the lobby and guest areas.
