Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Career Counselor to join with one of our leading clients in Education Industry. This full-time position is available at multiple locations, including Kozhikode, Cochin, Thrissur, Mumbai, and Pune. The role requires a passion for career counseling and student development, as well as a range of other skills to support our expanding operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have skills: Career Counseling (Mandatory skill), Student Counseling (Mandatory skill), Student Development (Mandatory skill)
• Required skills: Sales Management, experience in managing sales strategies and operations.
• Required skills: Telemarketing, proficiency in engaging with potential clients over the phone.
• Required skills: Offline Marketing, ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns through non-digital channels.
• Required skills: Counselor Education, background in educational counseling methodologies.
• Required skills: Branch Management, experience in overseeing branch operations and ensuring targets are met.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships with clients and students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to overall team goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to students and professionals seeking career guidance.
• Develop and implement career development programs and workshops tailored to individual needs.
• Coordinate with educational institutions to schedule counseling sessions and events.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of counseling resources to support client needs.
• Manage telemarketing initiatives to engage potential clients and students.
• Oversee offline marketing activities to promote our services in targeted regions.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and counseling techniques.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch operations by meeting and exceeding targets.
