Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Butler with a junior level of expertise to join our esteemed clientele. The role requires dedication towards providing outstanding hospitality services. The job location can be either Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru. This is a full-time position that demands a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a butler (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in food and beverage (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation and serving
• Experience in restaurant management with a focus on achieving high standards of service
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including hotels and private residences
• Ability to manage and operate within coffee shops and similar establishments
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-quality service
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
• Manage food and beverage services, including meal preparation and serving
• Assist with the setup and management of dining areas according to client standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and dining space
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and efficiently
• Oversee and manage inventory related to food and beverages
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
