Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join with ne of our leading clients in Education Industry. This is a fresher level, full-time position. The successful candidate have the opportunity to work in various locations. Primary work location shall be Cochin and Calicut. No prior work experience is required. Selected candidates shall be given proper training.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in sales techniques (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in career counseling (Mandatory skill)
• Experience or skills in telemarketing
• Background in BPO operations
• Proficient in voice processing
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience in student development and related activities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Management shall provide enough students data base. You will have to call each candidates and explain online course details and motivate them to join online education platform.
• Express effective communication and build strong relationship with each and every students.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist students and their parents in terms of providing course details and encourage them to join.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
