Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join with our of our leading clients in Skill Development Training Center. This is a senior-level, full-time position located in Kozhikode, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in branch management and career development.

• Implement and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client demands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
• Provide career development guidance and counseling to candidates, helping them achieve their professional goals.
• Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to drive revenue growth for the branch.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards in academic administration.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
