Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager for a senior-level position, based in Cochin, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Wayanad, and Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time employment opportunity focused on overseeing banquet operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience within the hospitality industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years experience in banquet management or a related role within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of event planning and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of complex banquets and events.
  • Expertise in food and beverage management, maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Strong understanding of banquet operations, including setup, service, and teardown procedures.
  • Proven track record in restaurant and hotel management, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and guests.
  • Knowledge of BAR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and guest satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete banquet operations, ensuring all events are executed seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional service.
  • Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure proper setup, food service, and event teardown, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and food service staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections of banquet facilities to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Develop and manage banquet budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
