Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior and Junior Architect for a mid / senior - level position to join with one of our premium clients in Kochi. The role is full-time. Primary job location shall be Kochi. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience and a strong proficiency in key architectural tools and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating creativity and functionality.
• Proficiency in Technical Architecture, with the ability to implement and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in AutoCAD for creating precise architectural plans and drawings that meet project specifications and client requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles and methodologies for efficient project execution and innovative solutions.
• Proficient in Lumion (Mandatory skill) for high-quality rendering and visualization of architectural projects to convey design concepts effectively.
• Experience with SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for conceptualizing and drafting initial design models that are both detailed and scalable.
• Skilled in MSCAPE (Mandatory skill) for urban planning and landscape design to create sustainable and visually appealing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and propose viable architectural solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural projects, ensuring designs align with client requirements and comply with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate successful project execution from concept through to completion.
• Prepare and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models to stakeholders for approval and feedback.
• Utilize architectural software to create accurate renderings and visualizations to propose innovative design solutions.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, with a focus on delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain relevant expertise and knowledge.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, challenges, and resolutions for management review.
