Position: Quality Engineer

Experience: 2 to 04 Years in Quality Engineer

Qualification- Diploma / BE - Mechanical

Location: Chakan & Ranjangaon, Pune

Roles & Responsibility: 

Attend morning review meeting.

Conduct Incoming Inspection as per IQP.

Receiving parts QC checking & entry in system.

Raw material & direct dispatch inspection report making. 

Prepare rejection note to purchase dept. in case of any NC in supplier part at incoming stage.

Ensure segregation done for parts in case on any line throw back in supplier parts. 

Review of rejection rework book. 

Training to technicians.

Conduct Layout Inspection. 

Recording NC identified at final stage & Raise the SCAP. 

Execute actions as per customer complaint Recording customer complaint & Raise the SCAP.

Cycle Time Monitoring for Customer complaints.

Planning & implementation of CI Projects.

Recording of deviation taken at assembly shop.

Maintaining & updating KPI & sustenance monitoring. 

SCAP/Action Plan submission to superior.

Update of Final Quality plan if required. 

Monitoring of DWM assembly line.  

Analysis of in house & customer concerns on line.

Daily rework & rejection data collection & analysis related to lines.

Weekly scrap ( rejection) monitoring & record keeping of assembly shop customer need - related documents making & submission as assigned by cell owner Lux level monitoring at final inspection of assembly shop.

Conduct Fixture audit. 

Involvement in New part development activity / ECN. 

Working as CFT for Customer & in-house complaint – For cause analysis & action.

Progress control sheet updating.

Updating of customer complaint & in-house log sheet Pareto analysis for customer & in-house.

Individual KRA monitoring. 

Maintaining documentation of ISO and facing audit Checking of weld quality
