Salary- 15k to 20k

Job Location- Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (5 Min walk-in distance from Vaishali metro station)

Job Timing- 09:00AM to 06:00PM

Working Days- Monday to Saturday

Job Profile:

Efficiently handle all the queries and escalations from our customers.

Assign Plumbers in selected territory.

Become single point of contact and eventually one man solution for all the assigned customers

Meeting your monthly restock target

Maintain customer database on a regular basis

Understand customer's requirement and provide relevant solution and assistance

Required Skills:

Must have graduated High School and a Bachelors Degree or Equivalent would be an advantage

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language

Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage

Basic knowledge of MS-excel is a must

Professionally extrovert with exceptional interpersonal skills
