Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Graviitycloud. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and promoting our educational resources for foundational courses in IIT and NEET. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Fluency in English and local language

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and explain the benefits of our educational resources
• Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer queries
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
