Job Overview

Customer Support (Fresher & Experienced minimum 6 month to one year) - Full-Time work from office.

Working Days: - 5.5 Days work

Shifts: - Fixed day shift 9:00 AM - 6:00 AM.

Max CTC: - 250000 LPA + Unlimited Incentive

Work Location: - Bangalore

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate Must be 12th or Any Graduate
• Candidate Must be 18+
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Empathy towards customers
• Patience in dealing with difficult situations
• Knowledge of product/service offerings
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Provide information about products/services and handle customer complaints
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
