Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions using our healthcare software products.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for product improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update on the progress of leads and sales activity.
