Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tele Caller to join our team on a full-time basis in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in telecommunication and customer service. This role is pivotal in engaging clients and supporting the sales team by fostering professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in telecommunications and providing exceptional customer service (Mandatory skill).
- Strong active listening skills to effectively understand and respond to customer needs and queries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated empathy in understanding and addressing client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally in all customer interactions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust communication styles to different types of clients and scenarios.
- In-depth product knowledge to accurately convey information and assist clients effectively.
- Telecommunications expertise to manage calls efficiently and use relevant software and tools (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate solutions by guiding them through our product offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team to improve overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and company products to better support and inform customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer communication and product updates.
