Job Overview

Grandeur Net is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time position in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role involves creating visually appealing designs that align with client requirements while supporting the company's digital marketing and I.T services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and creativity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs as per the client and project needs (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of color theory to produce harmonious designs and enhance visual appeal (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional creativity to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling designs (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to create illustrations that communicate concepts and engage the target audience effectively.
• Expertise in typography for effective and visually appealing text representation in designs.
• Skill in layout design to organize elements aesthetically while maintaining usability and clarity.
• Strong visual communication skills to ensure messages are conveyed clearly and effectively through design.
• High attention to detail to ensure designs are polished and free of errors before completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to produce engaging digital and print content for promotional campaigns.
• Use creativity to generate new concepts and execute designs for websites, social media, and other digital mediums.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements, applying them to enhance project outcomes.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality and creativity.
