Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Supervisors for Site Visit and coordinate with clients
· Daily follow-up with Staff, Contractors and Clients
· Supervise Material Shifting at Site
· Follow-up for Shortage Material and Coordinate with Dispatch team for timely dispatch of the same.
· Daily Monitoring of Sites
· Follow-up for Nozzle Marking
· Ensure Timely Availability of Site Requirements such as D.G., Chain pully etc.
· Ensure Safety of Material at site
· Verify and Approve Daily Expenses of Site Supervisors
· Handover of Completed sites to client and obtain handover certificate.
· Contractor Payments
· Follow-up with clients for Payments
· Keep track of site Costing and prepare cost sheet
· Plan for Next Site beforehand for Supervisors and Contractors to reduce idle time
· Get Water Test & Leakage Test Conducted at sites and remove any flaws.
· Keep a track of all data and provide reports as and when required.
