Role and Responsibilities

· You will be responsible for all aspects and stages of each client, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

You will provide professional counseling in Registration, Guidance, Admissions and evaluating eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

· You will supervise counselors to attend walk-in handlendling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Business Migration, PR – TR, Study Visa solutions.
