Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling or related roles
• Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students from diverse backgrounds
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with international education policies and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students on study abroad programs, admission requirements, and career pathways
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic qualifications and career goals
• Conduct orientation sessions and informative presentations to educate students about different study abroad destinations and opportunities
• Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other required documents
• Coordinate with universities and educational institutions to facilitate smooth admission processes for students
• Provide ongoing support to students throughout the application and visa process
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities and financial aid options
• Keep up-to-date with changes in international education policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
