Job Overview

We are hiring an Education Counsellor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at GoStudyFree. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking overseas education opportunities. This is a remote position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage student interactions
• Familiarity with career counseling and aptitude assessment tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their preferences and career goals
• Manage student inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, online chat)
• Conduct presentations and seminars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system
• Assist with visa documentation and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
• Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities
• Stay informed about changes in education systems, visa policies, and career trends in different countries
• Provide ongoing support to students throughout the entire admission and pre-departure process
• Meet individual and team targets for student recruitment and conversion
