Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our overseas education consulting services. This is a full-time position with a focus on the German market. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and counseling in the education industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counseling in the education industry
- Strong knowledge of the German education system and admission requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of market research and analysis
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities .
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as educational institutions, agents, and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our services
- Provide counseling and guidance to students interested in studying in Germany
- Assist students with the application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated with the latest developments
- Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the overall growth of the company
Salary:20 to 25k plus incentives
