Job Overview

We are seeking a Tech Process Team Lead for Media at our Gurgaon location. This is a mid-level, full-time position that plays a critical role in leading media-related processes and ensuring the success of advertising campaigns. As part of our dynamic team, you will drive the implementation of strategies while managing a team to achieve set targets effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign management with a strong record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Google Ads with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, ensuring optimal results (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid people management skills, with experience leading and developing diverse teams for enhanced productivity (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media strategies, including planning and executing various paid campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, with the capability to manage, optimize, and evaluate performance metrics for better outcomes.
  • Strong skills in campaign optimisation, using data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance over time.
  • Proven analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to make informed decisions and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering a team-oriented environment and maintaining positive client relationships.
