Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller for GoodVibes Placement Services, a renowned recruitment and outsourcing firm based in Indore. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and convincing them to join our organization. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in telecalling.

• Salary for Freshers - 12K - 18K In Hand
• Salary for Experience - 15 to 25 % Hike on last salary

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates
• Convince candidates to join our organization
• Explain job opportunities and benefits to candidates
• Collect and record candidate information accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
• Provide excellent customer service during calls
• Follow up with candidates for further steps
• Meet individual and team targets
• Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate requirements
