Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in tender coordination or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of tender preparation and documentation processes
• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Engineering background is preferred
• Experience in project management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender process from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to gather necessary information for tender documentation
• Prepare tender proposals, including technical, commercial, and pricing details
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
• Review and analyze tender documents to identify scope of work and deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements
• Prepare and maintain tender documents, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation
• Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients and suppliers
• Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Provide regular updates on tender progress and status to management
