Job Overview 

We are hiring a Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 
• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction project management 
• In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, AutoCAD, and other relevant software 
• Proven experience in site supervision and project execution 
• Familiarity with E-plan and other project management tools 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish 
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation 
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations 
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications 
• Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies 
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery 
• Manage and resolve any project-related issues and conflicts 
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders 
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards 
• Supervise and mentor project team members
