Job Overview

This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and design skills
• Experience in creative design for marketing materials is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements
• Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts that align with the company's brand identity
• Ensure that all designs are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and in line with the latest design trends
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high quality and timely delivery of printed materials
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
