Key Responsibilities: 

● Create reusable, effective, scalable, robust, secure, modular, and maintainable Java 

components and Services. 

● Design proper architecture of the Product/Business use cases. 

● Implement microservice architecture using Spring Boot with proper coding standards. 

● Converting customer requirements into technical solutions. 

● Ability to quickly build solutions with new frameworks and technology. 

● Designing backend solutions and doing code reviews. 

● Defining and maintaining the code quality standards. 

● Optimizing and scaling the microservices and ensuring high performance. 

● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new solutions. 

● Leading a team of developers, end to end ownership on the team and code (design, 

quality, troubleshooting etc). 

● Efficiently Co-ordinate & Collaborate with Customer and Client facing Team. Quick in 

Providing in-depth and quality solutions. 

Required skills & experience: 

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience of building backend solutions using Java. 

● Expertise in designing microservices for backend solutions. 

● Must have worked with multithreading and asynchronous programming extensively. 

● Should be experienced in creating reusable and optimized components. 

● Must have worked with MongoDB, SQL database and S3 data Storages. 

● Understanding & Experience in Kafka, AWS Services & SDK. 

● Hands-on experience with Apache Spark. 

● Must have experience with Linux, Git and Docker. 

● Ability to understand complex system functionalities & architecture and design new 

functionality. 

● Must be experienced in following Agile methodologies.Tools - Jira & Confluence. 

● Lucidchart or similar tool for Architecture & Flow Diagrams. 

● Good communication skills are a must. 

Desirable but not necessary: 

● Experience with Spark using Spring Boot will be a plus. 

● Good to have experience in the C4 Software Architecture Model.
