Job description 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Ensuring timely delivery of product features. 

● Converting business requirements into technical solutions. 

● Ability to quickly build solutions with new frameworks and technology. 

● Design proper architecture of the Product/Business use cases. 

● Designing end-to-end backend solutions and doing code reviews. 

● Defining and maintaining the code quality standards. 

● Optimizing and scaling the microservices, REST API’s and ensuring high performance. 

● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new solutions. 

● Leading a team of developers, end to end ownership on the team and code (design, 

quality, troubleshooting etc). 

● Efficiently co-ordinate & collaborate with customer and client facing Team. Quick in 

providing in-depth and quality solutions. 

Required skills & experience: 

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with building backend solutions using Python. 

● Expertise in designing microservices for backend solutions. 

● Must have worked with multithreading and asynchronous programming extensively. 

● Must have worked with MongoDB, SQL database and S3 data Storages. 

● Hands on experience with Apache Spark. 

● Must have experience with Linux, Git and Docker. 

● Must have worked with Kafka or any other streaming solution. 

● Ability to understand complex system functionalities & architecture and design new 

functionality. 

● Experience in Kafka, AWS Services & SDK. 

● Must be experienced in following Agile methodologies. Tools - Jira & Confluence. 

● Lucidchart or similar tool for Architecture & Flow Diagrams. 

● Good communication skills are a must. 

Desirable but not necessary: 

● Experience with PySpark is a huge plus. 

● Experience with Deltalake architecture.
