Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laser Service Engineer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Laser Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laser machines. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in laser service engineering
• Strong knowledge of industrial laser technology and laser material processing
• Hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of laser machines
• Proficient in troubleshooting laser machine issues and performing repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide technical guidance
• Familiarity with laser application software and control systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain laser machines for clients
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laser machine issues
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of laser machines
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of laser machines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology and recommend improvements to clients
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of service activities
