Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support. As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming IT support requests. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of installing and configuring software and hardware
• Experience with networking problems and troubleshooting
• Understanding of web services and related technologies
• Ability to handle IT support requests in a timely manner
• Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT support requests
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Set up accounts and configure equipment for new employees
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects
