Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Manage and organize sales documentation and materials
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
