Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates to fill open positions in our client companies. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting them on job boards
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding
