Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as an Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software
• Experience with GST calculations and filings
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and variances
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and maintain inventory records
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
• Handle tax calculations and returns
• Provide support in financial audits
