Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Site Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems installation, site management, and project management. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on-site.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to the management team.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team when required.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop efficient electrical systems for projects.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
