Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Respond to client queries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using MS Excel
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service and develop client relationships
• Assist in the preparation of client reports and documentation
