Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Control Panel Designer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience
• In-depth knowledge of PLC wiring drawing, E-Diagrams, ladder logic, SPM machine wiring, and electrical control panel design
• Proficiency in using design software and tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control panels for various industrial automation projects
• Create and maintain control panel layout drawings, including PLC wiring drawings, E-Diagrams, and ladder logic diagrams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of control panels with SPM machines and other electrical systems
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices for electrical control panel design
• Review and analyze customer requirements to provide efficient and effective control panel solutions
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any issues related to control panel design or implementation
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source necessary components for control panel assembly
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior control panel designers
