Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company. This includes managing the general accounts, GST filing, tally, purchase management, documentation, and VAT registration. We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in accounts management. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts management
• Strong knowledge of general accounts and financial principles
• Proficiency in using Tally and other accounting software
• Experience in GST filing and VAT registration
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and supervisory abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Track and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations
• Handle GST filing, Tally, and VAT registration
• Oversee purchase management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits
• Monitor cash flow and make financial decisions
• Implement financial policies and procedures
• Train and supervise junior accounting staff
