Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Recruiter role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals to join our dynamic and growing team. They will partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent who align with our company's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales roles
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-performing sales talent
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
