Job Overview


We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our team at Goldify LLP. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and a proven track record in telemarketing. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to earn attractive incentives.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field
  • Proven track record in telemarketing and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with voice processing systems and CRM software
  • Knowledge of cold calling techniques and lead generation methods


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals over the phone
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall department goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities
