Job description

 

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

2. Manage key client relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining ongoing communication.

3. Lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.

4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales efforts align with the company's goals.

6. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance to senior leaders.

7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

8. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to build relationships and generate new business.

9. Provide input into the development of the company's marketing and product strategies.

10. Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

11. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.

12. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
