Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Structured Cabling & Fitout SME to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems within our data centres. This role requires in-depth expertise in structured cabling standards, fitout planning, and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Center Structured Cabling & Fitout SME, with a minimum of 10-to 12 years in designing and implementing cabling solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of structured cabling standards (e.g., TIA-568,TIA-942 ISO/IEC 11801) and fitout practices.

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optics, and copper cabling.

• Proficiency in using design tools and software for structured cabling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CNIDP, RCDD).
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with data center environmental controls and power distribution systems.
