Location - Pan India – (Currently Hybrid)

Project type - (Support / Dev / Maintenance / Testing)

Notice Period -Immediate

Salary Range - up to 22 LPA

Job Description -

Ø 4- 6 Years of relevant experience in testing, test planning and test strategy experience in ServiceNow testing.

Ø Should be able to come up with test cases for the various customizations and integrations

Ø Should have strong skill to come up with positive, negative and edge case scenarios.

Ø Good understanding of REST API's.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Ø Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations)

Ø Testing experience on Service Catalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration.

Ø Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB).

Ø Knowledge of test automation using ATF.
