Candidates should have clear understanding of data metrics, expertise in analyzing and quantifying data with report . The role involves collaboration with fintech and banking professionals.

Must Have Skillset:

Product Management: Proficiency in defining product requirements and overseeing the SDLC and engineering processes.

Financial Technical Knowledge: Background in Lending and Banking with a strong understanding of the intricacies of the financial industry.

Cloud Experience: Experience on any cloud platform.

Platform Roadmap: Ability to contribute to the development of the platform roadmap.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.

Good to Have Skillset:

Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.

Event Stream Analysis: Capable of analyzing event streams and implementing Graph/Analytics capabilities.

Data Warehousing: Understanding of how to build data warehouses with trade-offs, particularly in the context of Big Data.

Machine Learning (ML): Familiarity with ML concepts, including Deep Learning, AI, general AI, and neural networks.

Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Banking: Experience or understanding of capital markets, investment banking, and fintech products.
